Data controller

Galtenco Solutions (see legal notice) is responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site.

Data collected

This site only collects the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form :

Connection logs

Like almost all websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical connection logs for security and traffic-measurement purposes : IP address, date and time, pages viewed and browser type. These logs are not used to identify you personally or for advertising purposes, are not shared with third parties, and are kept for a limited period.

Purpose of processing

This data is used solely to respond to your request and, where applicable, to manage the resulting business relationship.

Retention period

Messages received are kept for a maximum of three years from the last exchange.

Recipients

Messages sent via the contact form are read, depending on their nature, by Jean-François Léon, Manuel Baca and/or Samuel Couillaud. The data is only accessible to authorized personnel within Galtenco Solutions and is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Galtenco Solutions has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) : the site does not process personal data beyond the messages you voluntarily send us and the technical connection logs described above.
